Pregnancy Yoga - Birth Ball
A class focused on using the swiss ball to find stability in the body, and for the later stages in pregnancy to encourage your baby to adopt the optimal foetal position in labour.
Suitable for ladies 14 weeks +
During this 65 minute class you will be guided through a pregnancy yoga class using your ball, where you will learn postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to benefit you throughout your pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond!
This class is suitable for all levels and you do not need to have experience or have practiced yoga before!
It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to practice, so please ensure you have obtained clearance from your medical professional and/or midwife before practicing yoga.
