A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Since 2019 I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation, though my personal practice has been evolving for much longer! My intention is to hold a safe and nurturing space for you, a place to enable you to find some spaciousness in a busy world that demands so much of our constant attention. Using my experience of meditation, breathwork and physical practices, I encourage you to simply breathe and move, guiding you to connect to that place of inner peace and stillness that is always there within you, both on and off the mat. I'm incredibly passionate about the philosophy of yoga and it's roots, so you'll always find yoga philosophy gently woven throughout my classes!

You can currently find me teaching online for our membership community Breathe and Restore On-Demand, and you can find links to that at the bottom of this page. I also teach private classes for individuals and groups in the West Yorkshire area, and online, who are interested in deepening their personal practice or getting together with friends and family for a private group experience. More information about this can be found under the private classes tab on the main menu.
If you are feeling overwhelmed and have lost a sense of who you are, I can help you. You were never broken, you are whole and complete as you are, and I can show you the tools to come home to yourself.
